This three concepts are all good. One of them is a hand hold the trident, this one is looks very strong, the trident means power and the hand hold the trident makes people feel hold the power, it makes i feel very strong. The other one is a man's head, I think if you use it for you logo, you should draw it coarse, because the logo design seldom use the really people. The last one is my most like, the patterns on the trident side are very beautiful, they combine are very nature, when I saw it at first time. You just develop the logo's appearance and chose the right colour.
The hand holding the trident looks like a strong concept the hand looks like it's powerful and has strength and makes me think of the sea.
